Marie-Danielle Leblanc was born in Trois-Rivières. She has been living and working in Montréal since 1990. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts from the Université du Québec à Montréal and has created more than 900 works of art using various techniques such as painting, screen printing, digital imaging and photography. She has participated in twenty solo exhibitions and more than fifty group exhibitions. Her work has been shown in several galleries in Quebec, Ontario, Alberta, British Colombia, as well as in Chicago, Paris, Sydney and Tokyo. Her work is also part of several corporate collections and has been used to create book covers by Les Éditions du Boréal, Les Éditions Québec-Amérique and Les Éditions du Renouveau pédagogique.
